Deposits, Installation & Returns

Every winter package and every special-order tire or wheel set starts with a $200 deposit, paid by e-transfer or in store once we have confirmed stock and an installation time. What happens to it depends on how far the order has gone:

• Before we place the order with the supplier — fully refundable, no questions asked.
• Ordered, but nothing mounted yet — refundable less the supplier's freight cost for that order. We tell you the amount before you decide.
• Once the tires are mounted on the wheels, or installed on the car — the deposit is not refundable. The set has been built for your vehicle and cannot go to another.

Want to change the configuration — a different wheel, a different tire tier? Any time before the order is placed; after that, call first and we will change what can still be changed.

Everything is installed at the shop, 951 Denison St, Unit 17, Markham. We do not ship tires or wheels.

Once the deposit is in we build the set — tires mounted on the wheels, balanced, TPMS sensors programmed to your car — and you book an installation slot online or by phone. The balance is paid at installation. Orders placed in the fall window are installed before November 1.

Installation on its own, and storage for the set that comes off, are priced on the tire installation and tire storage pages.

Once a tire or wheel has been mounted or installed, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

A tire that develops a defect is handled under the manufacturer's warranty — each brand's terms are on its page under tire brands, and we handle the claim with the manufacturer for you. Wheel coverage is on the wheel warranty page.

The deposit is paid by Interac e-Transfer or in store; the balance is paid at the shop at installation. We confirm the amount and the method with you when we confirm the order. Nothing is charged through the website.

This site sets no third-party advertising cookies. Page views are counted by our own first-party counter; if you arrive from a Google ad, the click identifier is kept for 90 days so we can tell which ads lead to requests.
